CONDO IN THE TROPICS
The mandate was to rejuvenate and increase the brightness of the space, while having a more contemporary and modern design.
Artwork was judiciously selected to dress up the beautiful warm white. Everything is just right for this space!

CHAPLEAU LAKE
The mandate was to convert this "shack" into a spacious cottage. To do so, major renovations were done, such as changing the roof into a cathedral, giving an additional room and extra storage. The brightness was also increased in the kitchen, providing a serene atmosphere. Finally, light fixtures were selected specifically for this cottage and a teleworking counter was added, giving a magnificent view of the lake.

TREMBLANT RANCH
The mandate was to convert the stable into a dormitory, while optimizing the luminosity of the boxes and preserving the history of the ranch. To accomplish this, major renovations were made. Barn boards were bleached, furniture was salvaged and horse accessories from the attic were used to decorate. Doors were used to cover the ceiling and floating wood floors were installed. Yellowstone-style sofas were added, along with other metallic country frames. Finally, the community spaces were also renovated to make unique and unforgettable events.
Client comment: Very honest and hardworking until the end. An hour before our first clients arrived, the doors were open. Great job! And they were happy with their experience too. And since then, the rentals have been a success.
